ARC Purpose:
Review proposed architectural plans and process requests in accordance with covenants. Review setback compliance. Review modification requests for existing properties. Check restrictive covenant applicability.
Application forms for ARC approval and the approved mailbox purchase information can be found in our resources page. Our Covenants and By-Laws are public but ARC forms are accessible by members only.

Infrastructure Purpose:
Ensure that HOA assets are properly maintained and preserved. The committee will monitor and evaluate the status and needs of all HOA community common areas to include roads, street lighting, sign lighting, signs, community piers, boat storage area, boat launch area, common area landscaping, walking paths, and all other community assets owned or developed by the HOA.

Security Purpose:
Design and implement a neighborhood plan to prevent unauthorized entry at the front gate, boat launch area, boat storage area, and any other designated area. Partner with local law enforcement, fire department, and forestry service to keep the neighborhood safe.

Social Purpose:
Welcome newcomers and provide a copy of the HOA By-Laws, Covenants, and location information. Coordinate community events to provide social interaction. Create and update the Facebook page.
Communication Purpose:
Maintain and update the EBHOA Website. Manage email communications for members, the board and committees. Work with the Board to keep HOA members updated on New HOA guidelines, upcoming HOA events and activities by using all media outlets.
Records Retention/ Storage Purpose: design a system to retain and store HOA documents by electronic means.
